By accessing and using Dynamic QR Code, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dynamic QR Code for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these terms.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or viruses
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service for spam or harassment
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
5. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Dynamic QR Code are owned by SnapIT Software and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. User Content
- You retain ownership of content you create using our service
- You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content to provide the service
- You are responsible for your content and must have the right to share it
- We may remove content that violates these terms
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of subscription fees
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Dynamic QR Code is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
SnapIT Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapIT Software from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service announcement.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
14. DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
Dynamic QR Code / SnapIT Software respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Service.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content available through our Service infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
Repeat Infringers
We may terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
